Web Apps, only one at a time?

Can you only install one web app at a time because every time I install one or two sometimes three maybe even four The next time I look at my glasses, there's only gonna be one there and they will disappear... Am I doing something wrong or is this simply just a restriction of web apps and/or not having a subscription?
