WhatsApp web link on developer mode

My WhatsApp won’t connect to my display after doing a factory reset. Meta said it’s because my iPhone 17promax is currently not compatible. Does anyone know is there a way I can use the web version on WhatsApp on the display with the new developer mode?

    Hey Karman, I don’t see why what’s app wouldn’t work on your phone. Are you on Beta?

    Yes. I am on beta. It worked until I factory reset my glasses. It gives an error every time I tried to connect through the meta app. Contacted meta and they said iPhone 17 is not currently compatible with the display. I tried reinstalling the apps, rebooting my phone and the glasses but still no luck.
    I tried to use developer mode with the web link but to connect it asked me to scan the QR code on my display screen with my phone and that didn’t work

      Well, I am also on Beta and have an iPhone 17 Pro Max so I can confirm that it does work. I’ll see if I can create a ‎WhatsApp web app version but is there any ability to manually enter a code?

    No, not that I can see.
    Again, WhatsApp worked for me for 6 months until I recently factory reset my glasses and had to reconnect. That’s when the error started. I don’t know why.
