Delete your Hubs account

How it works

1. Sign in. You go straight to Settings, then Privacy, then Account data.
2. Choose Delete account. Type your handle and the confirmation phrase, then confirm with your password, and your two-step code if you use one.
3. If you own a hub, hand it to someone else first. A hub can't be left without an owner.

What deleting removes

• Your profile, avatar, uploads, settings, drafts, reactions, follows and connected wallets are removed, and you are signed out everywhere.
• Messages you sent in shared conversations stay, shown as "Deleted account", so the conversation still makes sense to others.
• Some records stay as the Privacy Policy describes, such as safety reports and payment records.

If you can't sign in

1. On the sign-in page, try Reset with email or Use a saved recovery code.
2. If that doesn't work, email contact@ascents.gg from the email address on your account. Include your handle and say you want the account deleted.
3. If you never added an email, write to us anyway with your handle. We will ask for details that show the account is yours before we delete it.

We never ask for your password by email.
