Free covers what most people need. Hubs+ is for people who want a bit more, and Organizations is for teams that also run a community.

Everything on this page is free for everyone while Hubs is in beta.
A Spark gives one hub or organization more room, and we plan to charge $5 a month for each one. One Spark makes a place Glow, two make it Bright and three make it Radiant, and Sparks from different people add up. Hubs+ comes with one free Spark, and for now every place is Radiant for free.

- An organization sparks one linked community hub for free: 25 active members make it Glow, 100 active members make it Bright, 500 active members make it Radiant.
- Planned add-ons
- 50 GB more storage for $4, 25 more recording hours for $3, 200 more AI summaries for $3, each one time. They are planned and cannot be bought yet.
- Coming later
- Custom emoji slots, Room audio quality, Watch together room size, Recording storage, Animated icon and banner, Priority support. These are planned and are not part of any level yet.
- Early places and people keep what they have
- Every hub and organization is Radiant for free for now. Places and people active now keep what they have once Sparks cost money, unless they use far more than fair use. Fair use means up to 5,000 members, 50 GB of storage, 200 recording hours and 2 TB of media bandwidth in 30 days.
Sparks belong to the place you give them to, and you can take yours back at any time.
Hit a limit? Add your own key for AI, transcription or storage and keep going.

Do I need a card to start?
No. Nothing on this page asks for card details, and every part of Hubs that works today is free to use right now.

How do organization prices work?
Free for small teams. Larger teams pay about $6 per member a month, billed yearly. That number may still change before it's final.

Can I take my data with me?
Yes. Anyone can download a copy of their account's data from Settings, and organization owners can export their organization's data from its console.
