Answers to what people ask most before they install.
Mac: Open the DMG and move Hubs Beta to Applications. Betas before 0.2.0-beta.5 were named Ascent Hubs Beta; you can delete that copy. Apple may block this unnotarized build. If you trust the download, Apple documents a per-app exception in System Settings → Privacy & Security → Open Anyway. Read Apple's guidance.
Windows: Open the x64 installer. Windows can flag or block an unsigned app, and some managed PCs do not allow an exception. Read Microsoft's guidance. If your system blocks this beta, use Hubs in your browser; keep your device's protections enabled.

Open the Apple menu and choose About This Mac. If it lists an Apple chip, choose Apple silicon. If it lists an Intel processor, choose Intel.
The Windows installer is for x64 PCs, and there is no native ARM version. On an ARM PC, use Hubs in your browser.
