Build forms and dashboards
Make a sign-up, survey or request form with no code, and watch the answers add up live.
I wanted every hub to collect sign-ups, feedback and requests without a bot or a spreadsheet. So I built forms. Every answer becomes a row in a List, and a dashboard adds it up live.
Make a form
- In your hub, open Tasks, then Forms.
- Choose New form. Start from a template, like Event sign-up, Feedback survey or Bug report, or pick Blank form.
- Change the questions. Mark the ones that are Required, add help text, and use Show to reveal a question only when an earlier one has an answer.
- Under Settings, pick who can respond, whether people can answer more than once, whether answers can be anonymous, and when the form closes.
- Choose Save form. Owners and admins build forms.
Share it
- Copy the link from Share it.
- Add a Form block to a page, so people answer right there.
- Add a button to a button panel that does Open a form.
- Type /form and the form's name in chat.
Answers land in the form's responses List, one row each, with a column per question and a Status you can move on the board. Filter, assign and comment the way you do in any List.
Each form comes with a dashboard: counts, totals, averages, a chart over time, a breakdown by choice, a leaderboard and a table. You can add a dashboard to a page too, or build one on any List you manage.
