What an organization is

A private side for your team, kept apart from your community and never shown in public.

An organization is the private side of Hubs for a team: a studio, a company or a school. It sits next to your community hubs and uses the same account.

  • Your team's spaces are private. They are never listed in Explore and never published to the web.
  • Joining an organization does not make you a member of its community hubs, and the other way around.
  • Before you post in a community, Hubs reminds you that you are posting in public, not at work.

Create an organization

  1. Open your hubs list and choose Organizations.
  2. Choose Create organization.
  3. Add a name, a short description and a color.
  4. Keep Create a private employee workspace on, and pick the tools you want to start with.
  5. Choose Create organization.

Organizations are optional. Your hubs work the same without one.
