Turn on two-step verification
Add an authenticator app code to your sign-in, and keep recovery codes somewhere safe.
Two-step verification asks for a code from an authenticator app when you sign in with your password.
- Open Account settings, then Security & safety, then Recovery & verification.
- Choose Set up authenticator and add Hubs to your authenticator app.
- Enter the Current six-digit code from the app.
- Choose Enable and create recovery codes.
- Save your eight recovery codes somewhere safe, away from your phone.
Each recovery code works once, in place of a code from the app. Lost your phone? Sign in with one, then set up the app again.
