Meetings and your own room
Start a meeting, use breakout rooms, and invite guests through a lobby.
Meetings live in Calls. Open it from the You menu.
- New meeting starts one now. Use Copy link to share it.
- Your personal room is a room that is always yours. Choose Create my room once, then Open room whenever you like.
- Have a meeting link opens a meeting someone sent you.
A meeting holds up to 12 people. Inside, you will find chat, notes and up to 12 breakout rooms.
Meet with people outside Hubs
- In Calls, choose New client meeting and set the time and length.
- Choose Create link and send it. The link is shown once, so copy it now.
- When it is time, open the room and start the session.
- Guests open the link, check their camera and microphone, and choose Ask to join. You let them in.
Guests do not need an account. They wait in a lobby with your hub's or organization's name until you let them in.
