Report a message or a person

Tell a hub's moderators, or the Hubs team, about something that is not right.

If something is not right, tell someone. Reports help keep every hub a good place.

Report a message

  1. Open the message's actions and choose Report message.
  2. Pick the reason that fits best.
  3. Add details if they help, then choose Send report.

The hub's moderators see the report, but not who sent it. Some reports also go to the Hubs safety team.

If a message involves a child's safety, pick that reason. The message and its files are hidden from everyone right away, and the Hubs team reviews it.

Report a person or a hub

From someone's profile menu, choose Report. In a direct message, Report is under Conversation controls, the shield at the top of the conversation. To report a hub you found in Explore, open it and choose Report this hub. These reports go to the Hubs team, not to the hub's own team.

If you need to talk it through, see Contact Hubs support. If you are in danger, contact your local emergency services first.

Still stuck

A person on the Hubs team can help. Signed in, open Contact Hubs support from Search or jump. Signed out or locked out, write to us and we will get back to you.
